A weekend of genre spectacle awaits, as Panic Fest returns to terrorize Kansas City in-person from April 13-19, and virtually from April 14-23. Over 100 films will screen over the course of the fest, along with special guest filmmakers and special events for opening weekend. Read on for the exclusive line up details!:

Kicking off the 11th annual Panic Fest is Renfield, Universal Pictures’ tale of the bloodsucking boss from Hell starring Nicholas Hoult and Nicolas Cage as The Prince of Darkness. Following that unmissable opener is Finnish action epic Sisu and A24's British thriller Medusa Deluxe.
